The document request module allows the user to request a document that does not currently exist or request a document that needs to be revised or changed.
After a document has been requested the document controller can then appoint an author for that document to be added to the document register.
Request a Document if a document does not exist
Request a change or revision for an existing document
Associate the documents that will be affected by a new document or a document change/revision
Stakeholders are selected to evaluate the impact and the risk of a new document or changing a current document
The Process Owner and the Executive have to approve of the new document or document change before the document is drafted.
