The innovation module is an easy to use component for obtaining suggestions and
allows for management to review and if necessary control planning, through to
implementation with cost justifications.
Being a paperless system it allows for effective notification to the area’s responsible manager via email and the innovation will appear in the relevant person’s “My Items” tab on the SHEQsys launch page.
A SHEQ type or general innovation can be loaded and recorded, with any potential savings and relevant attachments.
If an innovation is suggested that is associated to products, the products can be looked up straight from the product’s list.
Once an innovation has been loaded, a PDCA can be created to help implement the innovation if required.
Users can be selected to plan, do, check and action the innovation to put it in place.
Record which innovations were the best and whether they were implemented.
Keep a track of the status
Place a target date for implementation
Actions can be created and all entries will be associated to the Innovation.
