The PPE module allows you to create items and capture quantities of stock, issue Personal Protective Equipment and keep record of all items issued, when they were issued and to who. This module also includes pre-emptive reporting to notify you when stock levels are low and items that will soon need to be issued per employee. Stock rooms can be captured at either company or division level.
Create a new piece of PPE into the register to capture quantity against and issue to employees.
Adjust the stock levels of items by adding the quantity received in a new shipment of PPE, conducting cycle counts or getting a return from a previously issued PPE item. Complete a Stocktake to ensure all the quantities are correct and nothing is missing.
Issue PPE to an employee based on a set frequency or as required. Allow job positions to define the frequency of how often items are to be issued.
If required, the one-time pin feature can be enabled to use to issue PPE via email.
